Shipping Policy

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

Processing time (From 1-2 business days): The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.

Shipping time (4-7 business days in USA): The time for your item(s) from our warehouse to your address on ordered.

Expedited Shipping Definition:   We will process clients orders who pay for expedited shipping first so it bumps you up in the list.  Therefore, you will receive your item sooner if you choose expedited shipping.  Expedited shipping does not mean overnight shipping or a faster service from the USPS (which is who we use to ship most items).

 Carriers we use: USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx

Tracking code available within 2-3 business days.  if you have not received your tracking information, simply E-mail us at mystellarlifestylestore@gmail.com

Location Shipping: 50 states across the USA and most international destinations.

Currently, we do not offer an option for shipments to APO/FPO addresses. As we work to improve our online experience, we are looking into adding this option in the near future. Please check back soon for updates, and thank you for shopping with us!
